As a PADI Rescue Diver, you will enter the next stage of learning. The focus will broaden to include other divers to a far higher level than previously encountered. The PADI Rescue Diver program is a very rewarding and highly enjoyable course, which gives you the expertise and confidence to enable you to assist someone in the unlikely event of an accident occurring. You will also be trained to recognise, manage and prevent problems through a variety of techniques. Knowledge development and open water training form the basis of this course. Through independent study and review sessions, you will develop the information and principles you need, with topics including self rescue, diver stress and rescue procedures. During open water training you will develop rescue skills and techniques. |
